I am a writing coach because I care what students have to say. I believe in the importance of self-expression, especially on a college application. I will not let you be defined solely by test scores or a grade point average— I will help you to define yourself.
I am a graduate of Barnard College of Columbia University, with a B.A. in English with a concentration in Creative Writing, and a B.A. in Dance! In addition to receiving departmental honors from the English department, I worked for three years as a Barnard Writing Fellow (a writing coach!) for Columbia students. I coached a large scope of college-level writing, from scholarship applications to English papers, and I proudly hold an award for excellence in this work.
I went through the college application process myself
4 years ago, I was right where you are. I know how stressful the process can be, how hard it is to balance applications with school work. I know what it takes to make a college essay stand out, and I'm here to take the guessing out of it.
